  1. Our hotel offers one- and two-bedroom apartments in a residential building no. 96, Sovetskaya Street.
  2. While staying, you pay for the whole apartment, and we cannot allow any unauthorized person to rent your apartment even if there are any beds available. A guest cannot rent a bed in our hotel.
  3. Room rates:
  4. The number of guests allowed in the apartment corresponds to the number of beds. The settlement of more than 2 people in a one-bedroom apartment is prohibited. The only exception is minor children not occupying an additional bed.
  5. We do not offer a short-term rental since 2023.
  6. The guests will have to pay the deposit of 1000 rubles at check-in.
  7. «Econom» 1-bedroom apartments have two single beds, a flat-screen TV with a remote control, a kettle, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board, a microwave oven, kitchenware, a bathroom with a cast iron bathtub and a toilet, and a washing machine.
  8. «Standart» 2-bedroom apartment with a higher level of comfort has a double bed and two single beds with bed linen, an air-conditioner, a flat-screen TV with a remote control, a fridge, a stovetop, a kettle, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board, a microwave oven, kitchenware, bathroom with a cast iron bathtub and a toilet, and a washing machine.
  9. «Premium» apartment with a higher level of comfort has four single beds with bed linen, two flat-screen TVs, a large fridge, an air-conditioner, a fridge, a stovetop, a kettle, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board, a microwave oven, kitchenware, bathroom with a cast iron bathtub and a toilet, and a washing machine.
  10. «Premium-Family» apartment is more spacious and has a separate kitchen and a large bathroom. The room with two windows has a double bed and two single beds with bed linen, an air-conditioner, a flat-screen TV with a remote control, a fridge, a stovetop, a kettle, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, a microwave oven, kitchenware, bathroom with a cast iron bathtub and a toilet, and a washing machine.
  11. Each apartment has free Wi-Fi access and cable television (60 channels).
